Returns Policy
Abaya Addict values your business, which is why we want to ensure that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may exchange or return your item within 7 days upon receiving your product.
We do require, however, that return shipping is paid for by the customer. The shipping price will be based upon your location and the weight of the item purchased. The item must be in the exact same condition as it was received with the label and tag on the product.

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
